Dixie Dynamite is an old-school country and honky tonk band from Columbia, South Carolina. Originally formed for the purpose of playing a benefit show for a mutual friend battling cancer, they are now bringing a great new original sound to our city. With influences of a little rock a roll and a lot of country, their raw form is not one to be missed. They have shared the stage with some of the biggest bands in Columbia and have something for everyone. Influenced by a little bit of rock and roll and a whole lot of country, these guys have been creating a buzz everywhere they go!

Finding Solace

Formed in 2011, Finding Solace is the vision of singer/songwriter/producer/recording engineer Cory Plaugh. Beginning work with experienced drummer Travis Lempesis the pair sought out the right members to complete the lineup. After a few months of trying out several talented players, they finally found well-known bassist Clay Reynolds and accomplished guitarist Kevin Mitchum. Work began writing and arranging original music as well as determining covers that would complement the band's original songs and musical message. The band is still hard at work preparing for what is sure to be a steady stream of live performances and gearing up to record its first album
