Like a band of brothers, (two of them are actually related) this group brings Trinidadian influences to their beats. Formed in 2011, Finding Solace is the vision of singer/songwriter/producer/recording engineer Cory Plaugh.  Beginning work with experienced drummer Travis Lempesis the pair sought out the right members to complete the lineup. After a few months of trying out several talented players, they finally found well-known bassist Clay Reynolds and accomplished guitarist Kevin Mitchum.  Work began writing and arranging original music as well as determining covers that would complement the band's original songs and musical message.  The band is still hard at work preparing for what is sure to be a steady stream of live performances and gearing up to record its first album
